Lost keys

We provide coded key tags when you join. 

You attach these key tags to your keys.  If someone finds your keys they can return them to us (keeping you anonymous).

You attach these tags to your luggage.  Someone finding your luggage can send it to us (keeping you anonymous).

You attach these labels to your possessions.  If someone finds your possessions they can be returned to us (keeping you anonymous).

You attach the labels to financial cards, electrical items, cameras, computers, and mobile phones to help recover these items.

Mobile phone lost or stolen.

One call to us and we arrange a temporary block on the mobile phone to prevent it being misused.

We cover you against fraudulent calls made from your phone between when you call us and when we notify the carrier to block further use of the phone.

Our labels on the phone may help its speedy recovery.

We record serial numbers and descriptions  which we give back to you to complete police and insurance reports.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of paying for a membership you get a full refund. There's no refund more than 30 days after payment.
